Placing an Order

By placing an order with Cro Fittings you are entering into a contract with us. Once an order has been received we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the order and any relevant details either by email or phone. If orders exceed £100.00 then a 50% deposit will be required to confirm the order. Delivery times will be stated during this confirmation period but no delivery dates stated are guaranteed due to unforeseen changes in circumstances and time available. Orders must be paid in full before dispatch of goods.

Cancelling and Returns

Customers have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of confirmation from Cro Fittings of their order. After this 7 day period any deposits paid are considered non-refundable. Items can only be returned if faulty or incorrect. We do not give refunds unless items are faulty, damaged in transit or incorrect from items ordered. Also any machined or part machined items are non-refundable but we will always do our best to resolve any issues with the parts you receive.


All machined items are subject to a 6-month warranty from the point of dispatch. Any castings will be replaced if damaged in transit or deemed unsatisfactory for use. Any damage of goods that occurs during the machining process is not deemed the responsibility of Cro Fittings unless the error is due to a mistake in the drawings or castings supplied.


We do not charge for VAT on any products or services at this time.


Payment of orders must be complete in full before dispatch of goods, including completion of balance on orders over £100.00 that required a 50% deposit. Payments can be via BACS transfer or Cheque – please contact for details.

All invoices are printed with delivery of order, any copies sent separately via email or other are reference only.

Delivery Time

Delivery times will be communicated during the ordering process. All machined items are made to order with a minimum wait time of 12 months, this is subject to change depending on work load, workshop availability and personal circumstance. Updates will be given as regularly as possible and any delays will be communicated with the customer to keep you as informed as possible.


Postage is via Royal Mail and goods are dispatched at the nearest convenient date for us. All packages are dispatched in protective packaging and sent via 1st class recorded delivery.


Your personal information such as email addresses, telephone numbers and addresses is held on secure servers protected physically and electronically.  Your personal information is not provided to any third parties.

This information is used solely for: sending you products purchased through the website, sending you email notifications that you have specifically requested, and to send you an email newsletter (if opted for).
